Some of these ingredients can work. For example, garcinia cambogia is one of a growing number of known stimulant free fat burners. Likewise, ingredients like green tea and caffeine have been known to create a thermogenic fat burning effect in the body at large. With 10 Day Hoodia, you can finally get proven fat burning ingredients. The problem is that they don’t actually have the clinically proven amounts.
