What Is 3 Hour Diet?

What do you say about the 3 Hour Diet? It’s not some big complicated diet. In fact, there are only two basic principles behind the 3 Hour Diet:
1. Control Your Portion Sizes
It seems simple enough. Control your portion sizes and you should be fine. If you eat less at one time, it gives your body time to digest those calories while not storing as many as fat. You get to the calories you eat right now instead of trying to do it over so many hours and eventually filling.
2. Eat Every 3 Hours
Hence the name. The 3 Hour Diet suggests that you eat every 3 hours, not only to keep you full even though you’re eating less, but also to help you to increase or maintain a healthy metabolism. The basic idea is that if you eat every 3 hours, everything will be a little smoother and you will be more likely to get what you want, which has actually been proven.
It’s this simple. Yes, 3 Hour Diet does provide things like a forum, which you pay $65 for every 3 weeks. In other words, you are getting ripped off. Sorry kids. But there’s no reason to pay for a support forum. Yes, you could network with your real life friends. But there are plenty of online forums that are completely FREE!
Outside of this, yes, 3 Hour Diet does tell you to eat one serving of protein, and it gives you a small plate to help you to keep track of how much you eat. But realistically, it does not give you any other substantial nutritional advice, and there are a lot of other things I would realistically like to see. But 3 Hour Diet just doesn’t have it.
