I’ll tell you, when I was first introduced to Advocare products, I was initially impressed. I first reviewed an Advocare product that used a few of the most revolutionary ingredients I have seen in any diet pill. Obviously, whoever was behind Advocare at that point was willing to spend a little more money. The problem that I ran into was that the first Advocare “revolution” did not have the clinically proven amounts, which wasn’t wholly surprising. A lot of companies do that.
Advocare ThermoPlus is Not Up To Par
But Advocare ThermoPlus is different. Unlike Advocare Slim (the first product), Advocare ThermoPlus does not have ingredients like Svetol. In fact, its only active weight loss ingredient is oolong tea, which can be found in the large majority of AND CHEAP diet pills. And let’s not fool ourselves. Just like Advocare Slim, Advocare ThermoPlus does not have the clinically proven 400mg.
Clinical Studies or Lack Thereof
Outside of oolong tea, sage has never been and will never be a fat burner, and while we speculate about guarana, studies tell a different story. Some studies have shown that when combined with damiana and yerba mate, it can sustain feelings of fullness and satiety. But studies on guarana alone always show that it does not promote weight loss, and guarana does not burn fat, no matter what it is combined with.
Essential B Vitamins
The other 2 ingredients are considered to be essential B vitamins. They are essential to the healthy function of the human body, and B vitamins have been known to enhance natural energy levels. But B vitamins do not burn fat or promote weight loss.
All Together
Advocare ThermoPlus has a grand total of one clinically proven ingredient. Oolong tea is by far one of the most common ingredients, and even without the clinically proven 400mg, it can still cause side effects like jitters, insomnia, and headaches.
All of the other ingredients are, if anything, a joke. These ingredients don’t even begin to promote any semblance of weight loss, and the only thing again that Advocare ThermoPlus will cause is side effects. There are plenty of products that do exactly the same thing. But many of those products sell for $10 rather than $31.95.
