And of course, you only have to take it 15 minutes before meals, even though clinical studies instruct subjects to take supplements 30 minutes before any meal. The Celsius Energy Drink makes a pretty standard energy drink. It has both caffeine based and other stimulants specifically meant to increase muscle energy. But it does not have a formula designed to burn fat, which is what most people expect when buying Celsius Energy Drink (because of the advertising). It is comparable to most major energy drinks in every way, and it’s relatively unremarkable. But that’s really no surprise in this industry.
