What Is Chromax?
A patented form of the strongest form of chromium known as chromium picolinate, Chromax still requires about 200mcg to do its job. But they claim that it will have a greater effect and therefore do a better job in general terms in helping you to control your blood sugar levels and achieve related weight loss. Of course chromium picolinate on its own is sketchy. One study on athletes showed weight loss results. And all studies on obese study groups really showed no effects at all. This being said, the fact is that chromium picolinate has distinguished itself from other types of chromium in general.
So does Chromax actually work better than the original?
While requiring the same amount as regular chromium, Chromax is actually produced and manufactured by Nutrition 21. They have patented this version, changing it up just enough to require that nobody copy them at this time, based out of New York. But that does not answer the question about effectiveness.

We would not by any means expect amazing weight loss results. When it comes right down to it, the simple fact is that chromium in any form is not going to provide extreme fat burning results.
