What Is Cinch Diet?

 Cinch Diet- BestSlimmingPills.org

Created by a professional dietician, you have to figure, the Cinch Diet has to be perfectly formulated, portioned, something. And it has to have all of the secrets that a lot of people hundreds of dollars for when consulting with a private dietician. But isn’t that the same logic we use when buying a diet book written by a “doctor”? We don’t even care anymore what kind of doctor. As long as MD is on the end of the name, we’re ready to pay the price.

But what can I say. Cynthia Sass, the writer of the Cinch Diet, really caught women by the mouth by requiring that every dieter who uses the Cinch Diet eat a little bit of chocolate every single day! What a chore! Wait, we’re talking about American women, does it get any better!

Still, you have to wonder, what kind of diet not only allows, but tells users to eat chocolate! What kind of diet tells you that you can still eat your favorite foods (translation: eat whatever you want), and still lose weight! A fraudulent one, that’s what type! But before we get overexcited, let’s take a step back. The Cinch Diet is easier than your average diet, and it does actually work if you follow it. Just keep reading.

Why the Cinch Diet Works

The Cinch Diet reminds dieters of one of the most basic concepts of dieting, and one of the biggest contradictions of dieting. The more you eat, the more you lose, up to a point of course. We’re all used to eating 3 meals a day, and some of us even skip meals in order to lose weight, right? WRONG! Obviously, you shouldn’t be eating huge portions. Portion control is essential to success!

But instead of skipping meals or sticking to 3 meals a day, you should eat at least 4. Some experts say 5 or 6 works best, but the Cinch Diet says 4. 4 meals a day means that your meals are closer together, and you eat less at each meal. Theoretically, it keeps your metabolism going throughout the day. So technically, you’re eating more than if you for example skipped breakfast. But your portions are smaller, you burn more of those calories, you store less fat, and everybody’s happy. That’s not all.

Iron Fisted Portion Control

You could order Jenny Craig, choke down the disgusting, frozen, prepackaged meals, and lose weight or maybe gain weight, eating 2-3 packets 3 times daily. Or you could make your own meals, with the recipes given to you by the Cinch Diet with fresh food. It tastes better, and realistically, the Cinch Diet measured it all out beforehand. You can be confident that if the Cinch Diet says that those are the right portions for your breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack, those are the right portions to help you to lose weight.

Why the Cinch Diet Doesn’t Work

See the mention of “iron fisted portion control”? Ya…….a good diet helps you to learn about dieting, healthy food choices, and to therefore make better choices in the future. The Cinch Diet tells you what to eat, when to eat it, etc., etc., etc. At the end of the day, you walk away from the Cinch Diet saying yay, I lost weight. Mealtime comes, and you then find yourself wondering, what do I do. And then you gain all the weight back unless you find another way to diet that day that is actually on the right track.

Should You Buy the Cinch Diet?

The Cinch Diet works. It tells you to eat chocolate (dark chocolate anyway), it gives you recipes, it gives you an exact and unmistakable schedule to live by. But we’re only human. We need a little flexibility, a little free rein, and direction that teaches us to live on our own, in this case without the book. The Cinch Diet just doesn’t do that.
