They claim that Extrim will finally give you the best way to block carbs, neutralize fats, burn fat, and detoxify the body for maximum possible results without drastic or extreme diet and exercise. This being said, you can apparently use a reasonable plan for reasonable results, and it can fight the high carb diets that are holding us back. Of course, it should be noted that with a carb blocker, they are only actually effective when combined with a low carb diet. They will not make up for lack of diet and exercise in that particular way, and realistically nothing can really make up for diet and exercise in general. So the question is, does Extrim actually work?
Extrim ingredients include phaseolus vulgaris extract, calcium pyruvate, gymnema sylvestre extract, green tea extract, and chromium polynicotinate.
Yes, some of these are the right kinds of ingredients to be used in combination with a low carb diet and exercise program. For example, phaseolus vulgaris blocks the absorption of a certain percentage of carbsin your diet. Likewise, gymnema sylvestre has been known to control blood sugar, and green tea can increase metabolism and burn fat. However, they do not have the right amounts of any of these, and they would like you to act in such a way that would counteract the possible effects of this product, not actually giving you any weight loss at all. With this in mind, the simple fact is that Extrim, regardless of what diet and exercise program you use, will not help you to lose any weight, and you will only be wasting time and money on a product that does not give you what you are looking for.
