There are multiple products that now use the name Fastin. But the original was prescription Fastin Phentermine, which is the product being reviewed here. Others are only imitators trying to capitalize on the name, which typically works. But the real Fastin Phentermine comes from a company called SmithKline Beecher, and you will most likely find it exclusively in the UK.
Technically, Fastin Phentermine was pulled from the market by manufacturers in 1998, because at that time, makers thought that it was possible that Phentermine is too dangerous to be sold to the general public at all. But it was reintroduced in some areas as the exact same product as far as I can tell.

Fastin Phentermine was most commonly known for causing Bad taste in mouth; changes in sex drive; constipation; diarrhea; difficulty sleeping; dizziness; dry mouth; exaggerated sense of well-being; headache; impotence; nervousness; overstimulation; restlessness; sleeplessness; and an upset stomach. But it has also been associated with Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); bizarre behavior; chest pain; fainting; fast heartbeat; pounding in the chest; shortness of breath; swelling of the legs and feet; tremor, Primary pulmonary hypertension and/or regurgitant cardiac valvular disease, palpitation, tachycardia, elevation of blood pressure, and other severe side effects.
Ironically, the results are not actually that significant.
Breakdown of Fastin Phentermine
Fastin Phentermine has been pulled from the market, and frankly, a lot of Phentermine products should be pulled for the same reason. Fastin Phentermine can technically promote weight loss. But is it really worth risking all of the scary side effects associated with Phentermine? I think not.
