What Is GNC Total Lean CLA?
I’ve long debated with myself on just how I should approach GNC Total Lean CLA. On one hand, GNC Total Lean CLA comes from a huge even world renowned product line. On the other hand, it’s junk. I really have to ask. As a society, do we just love wasting our money? Do we like being scammed? Because it seems like we do considering the fact that GNC Total Lean CLA is actually one of the most popular CLA products currently available. But you deserve a better explanation than just “it’s junk.”
CLA Does Not Burn Fat
I know, you’ve seen it on the news and TV personalities always tell the truth! Think again. Yes, I do believe that Oprah is basically honest, but she doesn’t always do her research just like other popular news people don’t always do their research. And if you haven’t noticed, companies that make diet pills tend to exaggerate. Oprah and Dr. Perricone sued a number of acai based companies for doing just that. So what about CLA?
CLA has been through clinical studies. But studies on humans generally show that CLA lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, just like any other good fatty acid. Studies have never shown that CLA actually promotes weight loss in human subjects. And there is really nothing to set CLA apart from any other fatty acid.

Conclusion
I can say it till I’m blue in the face: GNC Total Lean CLA does not work. But I know as well as anyone that some of you will still go out and buy GNC Total Lean CLA in hopes that I’m wrong. I’ve done the research, and scientists have conducted multiple studies, all of which have failed to show any measurable weight loss results. So it is highly unlikely that someone will come along and change that.
