The Hydroxy Phase Seven Day Diet
For seven days, you’re basically supposed to drink these HP+ shakes whenever you get hungry, except for two low-carb meals you eat for lunch and dinner. Breakfast and snacks are all HP+. Drinking up to four or five Hydroxy Phase shakes a day is completely normal and acceptable. Everyday you are encouraged to work out everyday for the seven days, alternating between cardio workouts and weight training. The Hydroxy Phase will give you a lot of energy, so exercising will be an easier pursuit of will power.
After the seven day diet, you are encouraged to go back to a more normal eating pattern. You may still drink a few shakes each day, but always weigh those out with low carbohydrate intake. HP+ gives you the carbs you need to have energy. The shakes give you just enough of what you need to be able to burn the fat and calories you’re taking in. This is one of the reasons you need to workout everyday of the seven day diet. HP+ also contains a carb blocker that keeps your body from converting those carbohydrates into fat stores. This will keep you energized all day supposedly, and it’ll keep you from gaining more fat mass.

Hydroxy Phase is made by an Australian company. Australia has really strict rules about supplement ingredients. Manny things that are available in the United States are banned in Australia. So if Australia approves of this stuff, then it must not be too bad. In fact, HP+ users are said to be able to lose up to eleven pounds in the first week of Hydroxy Phase. That’s pretty good. Be sure to stay healthy though. Fast weight loss has a way of making its way back easily.
