So does it work? They talk about using a high powered blend of ingredients, and this product comes from Premium Energy Nutrition. It sells specifically and exclusively on sites that focus on ephedra based products, not actually selling through any of the bigger retailers. So does Hydroxy Stac actually work despite all the bad press?
Hydroxy Stac ingredients include ephedra, guarana extract, ma huang extract, salicin complex, l-carnitine, and chromium picolinate.
These ingredients are not related to weight loss. They have ephedra of course. But they are not legally allowed to use the amounts that would be required to show results. They are restricted to about 1/10 of that. This being said, this amount has still been shown time and time again, and there have been recent lawsuits because of this, to show the same old side effects, even the more damaging ones. So obviously enough, it will not show you the real weight loss that you are looking for. It is really no surprise that when it comes right down to it, they do not actually have the amounts or types of ingredients needed to otherwise achieve the weight loss results that you are looking for.
