Just recently introduced, Hydroxycut Fiber Full is one of a new line of Hydroxycut products meant to replace the old line that was recalled in January of 2009. Instead of focusing on hardcore weight loss like I would expect Hydroxycut to, Hydroxycut Fiber Full concentrates on “healthy fiber benefits”, supposedly replacing 48% of your daily fiber intake with a single serving.
In other words, Hydroxycut Fiber Full is not the same old same old. Maybe it’s a step forward, maybe it’s a step back. But whatever it is, it doesn’t look like your typical Hydroxycut scam.
Ingredient Description
Hydroxycut Fiber Full focuses on fiber, because most of its ingredients are one type of fiber or another. Inulin, psyllium, and oat bran fiber are generally used as major parts of popular fiber laxatives, and some of these fibers can lower cholesterol and blood pressure. But in case you hadn’t heard, psyllium husk and other fibers like it do not actually help you to lose weight.
On the other hand, Hydroxycut Fiber Full does have two types of caffeine: green coffee bean extract and caffeine anhydrous. Caffeine, with few exceptions, can burn fat if used right. More specifically, you would have to use at least 400mg of each type of caffeine to get results. Green coffee bean technically has another extract called Svetol that burns fat without any stimulants. But in its purest form, you would still have to have at least 200mg of Svetol, which Hydroxycut Fiber Full definitely does not have. The only question now is how risky is Hydroxycut Fiber Full? Obviously, it doesn’t work. But will Hydroxycut Fiber Full add insult to injury?
Is Hydroxycut Fiber Full Safe?
Because Hydroxycut Fiber Full has caffeine, it can cause headaches, jitteriness, nervousness, irritability, insomnia, indigestion, nausea, dizziness, anxiety, facial flushing, insomnia, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, and an elevated heartbeat. It may cause other side effects like the occasional flatulence, gas, and other issues associated with laxatives. But all of these side effects are pretty typical.
Conclusion
This combination really has no upside. It doesn’t promote weight loss, and it’s not because Hydroxycut Fiber Full doesn’t have the right ingredients. Hydroxycut Fiber Full has one of the more impressive ingredients available today. The problem is that Hydroxycut Fiber Full does not have the clinically proven amounts, which is again common. And yet, Hydroxycut Fiber Full still has side effects. Where’s the balance? Why would you even think about buying Hydroxycut Fiber Full? I hope you wouldn’t.
