What Is Hypoxi?

If famous supermodels can get cellulite, it’s pretty safe to say that none of us are safe! Therefore, when we see products like Hypoxi, we say hey, it promises to get rid of my cellulite and get rid of extra fat at the same time! That’s great! Yes, you can fight cellulite and fat by exercising more, and it has been clinically proven that a proper coffee scrub can help you to fight cellulite. But why not get a stronger approach that is even patented!
So when I had the opportunity to test this machine, I thought why not. The Hypoxi in my area was hoping I would give it a positive review to drum up some business for a machine that most have never heard of and one that is pretty expensive.
How It Fights Fat
When I got to the studio, I saw a huge, egg like machine. I wasn’t entirely sure about how it worked. But it had a pedaling device inside, and the girls in office showed me how to use it, telling me further that it would not target my boobs, which are the first thing to go and typically the last thing we want to see leave us behind. So far, so good.
So I jumped in the machine and I pedaled around and around for about 30 minutes. It’s all predicated on the idea of better blood flow, meaning better fat burning results, and to be honest, I didn’t notice a single difference in the way I felt afterwards. I was assured that I would see the difference after a few treatments, even if I couldn’t feel it right away.
Administrators say that you should go through at least 12 sessions to see the best results, and it has a specific meal plan including carb filled meals before exercising and other practices after workouts. So what did I see after the 12 sessions were up?
The Results
I went in twice a week, figuring it would produce better results if I had less downtime between sessions. To their credit, I can say that my skin in that area looked significantly better. It seemed a little smoother, brighter, etc. I was told not to go overboard in my speed, etc.
I can honestly say that I got better fat burning results when I stuck to an hour a day of running. I gained a little weight at first, until my body got used to the shorter workouts, and then it didn’t make a significant dent in my weight loss results. Since then, I have returned to my old workout schedule. It seems like a pretty expensive fad, truth be told, to me.
