They talk about balancing your hunger naturally, stopping cravings, helping you to eat less, and it’s backed by independent studies as well as time tested and it is twice as potent as pills. Now of course, that is not plausible. To be twice as potent, you need twice the amounts of something valid, that’s it, that’s all. So does it actually work? Does the Ice Cube Diet actually give you results?

This blend of ingredients or rather one ingredient has no valid benefits. Yes, there have been studies. However, realistically speaking, the simple fact is that it has no valid clinical studies. The Ice Cube Diet has no valid benefits at all. Hoodia has been through hundreds of clinical studies yes. But the simple fact is that in every one of these studies, they have shown that hoodia has no known benefits including appetite suppression. It is completely useless and actually may cause liver damage. And you can’t get it outside of South Africa. So the real ingredients list remains a mystery. As such, we would obviously recommend that you find something other than the Ice Cube Diet to actually see weight loss results.
