What Is Irvingia Gabonensis?
Irvignia gabonensis has long been a known weight loss ingredient. It hasn’t made it to the news channels or anything else. But honestly, more often than not, the ingredients hyped in the media are overblown and don’t actually have any of the benefits they talk about. They claim that you will finally get clinically proven results, and you will finally get ultimate weight loss in terms of products that use Irvignia gabonensis. The question is just do they come through?
How Does Irvingia Gabonensis Work?
One major study showed that it was a dietary fiber, and they tested it on 40 subjects around the age of 40, a more difficult age for many to actually lose weight. They found that in 1 month’s time, the test group decrease weight by 5.26 + 2.37%. That is definitely significant considering the placebo group only lost 1.32+0.41%. This being said, the difference observed between the two was significant, and they also noticed a significant decrease in bad cholesterol levels and an overall improvement in terms of heart health.
The End Story
Now of course, they used about 1500mg for this purpose. This means that you would have to have more than the average appetite suppressant even, which is about 1000mg. But if you were to get that amount, which is huge for most weight loss ingredients, but still should be provided, you would achieve weight loss results. That goes without a doubt. The problem is getting this. As with any other ingredient, we would not recommend most products that use it, because they abuse them and don’t use the amounts to match the clinical studies. But in terms of the ingredient and the ingredient alone, we would definitely recommend using Irvignia gabonensis. It has the right stuff as far as ingredients go, and we see serious potential and promise when it comes to Irvignia gabonensis.
