What Is Kre-A-Fem?
Kre-A-Fem is produced by a company known as All American EFX. Kre-A-Fem claims that you will finally be able to active increase energy and stamina with no bloating or side effects. Creatine works by pushing water between the skin and muscles, kre-alkalyn creatine even works by pushing water between the skin and muscles. When it comes right down to it, the simple fact is that it works that way, and if you take that bloating away, you take away the basic mechanism of action. However, there is an ingredient called citrulline malate that works differently ultimately producing the same results. They talk about various things. But the question is, does Kre-A-Fem actually produce any results, or is it just a formula for women supposedly that does not have yet again the things you would need?
Kre-A-Fem ingredients include calcium, kre-alkalyn creatine, black cohosh extract, soy isoflavones extract, magnesium as chelate, iron as chelate, and coenzyme Q10.
With these ingredients, obviously it has kre-alkalyn creatine. Kre-alkalyn creatine when it comes right down to it, is a high quality form of creatine that can produce related results. Likewise, they have soy isoflavones that are a form of a female specific type of ingredient. This being said, the other ingredients don’t really help you. They would be more appropriate for a diuretic formula, which ultimately speaking only does more harm. So when it comes right down to it, they don’t have the right amounts necessary for creatine related results, because they don’t have the right amount of kre-alkalyn creatine. So we would recommend that you use something else rather than Kre-A-Fem.
