The Phase 2 Carb Blocker has been introduced by some as the ultimate weight loss supplement for people who just aren’t perfect, and if you temper that a bit, it could be true. There is no such thing as a miracle diet pill that will help you to lose weight without diet and exercise. Carb blockers are designed specifically to help you if and only if you are actually on a low carb diet, which is a part that some people forget about.
But how do carb blockers like Phase 2 really work?
There are quite a few scientific processes behind it. But essentially speaking, it works to stop your body from absorbing a certain portion of your carb intake. If you take in for example a bowl of pasta, you will be able to block your body from absorbing some of the noodles you eat.
