What Is Relacore PM?
Relacore PM claims to reduce stress, reduce mild anxiety, improve mood, and reduce stress related belly fat, but not belly fat that is specifically due to the hormone cortisol. It is important to note the distinction between “stress related belly fat” and “belly fat due to cortisol.” The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is adamant that there has been no conclusive proof that cortisol causes fat to be stored in the belly or that Relacore PM can eradicate this fat storage.
Relacore’s “weight loss formula” contains lemon balm, passion flower, magnolia, scutellaria, niacinimide, DHEA, and panax ginseng along with other fillers. Relacore PM is sold for $45.95 and only through third party retailers.

Relacore PM does have a wide variety of ingredients that have shown the propensity to cause the body to relax which is a major element of Relacore PM’s claims. If reducing stress can in fact facilitate some weight loss Relacore PM has a somewhat positive roster of ingredients in its formula. Since there are those who can be considered “stress eaters” then there may be some substance to using this product in order to calm down those temptations. This formula does not, however, include any weight loss agents. Generally we look for some type of fat burning accelerator such as caffeine or a mild appetite suppressant like glucomannan. Relacore PM offers nothing along these lines, choosing to rest solely on its unproven relaxation equals weight loss hypothesis. Relacore PM appears to be a waste of time and money. The best you can hope to get out of this supplement is a long nap and that isn’t quite the weight loss promoter that Relacore PM would have you believe. This product offers nothing in the way of weight loss agents and has zero support to back its “scientific” theory. We do not recommend Relacore PM.
