What Is Rev XP?
Rev XP is a weight loss product that falls into the fat burning genre. Rev XP calls itself a “breakthrough in advanced thermogenic compounds.” Rev XP states that their superior blend is created with the use of a “unique” formulation that some of their sellers refer to as an “ephedra replacement.”
This unique formulation includes green tea, cocoa bean extract, yerba mate, dandelion leaf/root, and caffeine.
Some of the above ingredients have shown some fat burning capacities and are fairly common. This negates Rev XP’s assertion of uniqueness but we can overlook that for quality ingredients. Caffeine and green tea have been thoroughly researched and proven to have thermogenic powers as well as energy boosting benefits. Yerba mate has shown some positive results but these are generally found when this ingredient is used with guarana and damaina. The issue we have with Rev XP isn’t their choice of ingredients. Our problem is that they do not implement these ingredients in the correct amounts. Caffeine and green tea can only offer you any form of fat burning ability when used in upwards of 400mg or more. Rev XP doesn’t give us specific dosage amount instead they hide behind the frustrating blanket of a “proprietary blend.” In this case it doesn’t really matter all that much since the proprietary blend itself is so meager that we are confident none of the ingredients could be effectively used inside of its parameters. Rev XP is not a product that can assist you in losing weight. This product also comes with the usual side effect warnings of insomnia, diarrhea, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, vomiting and headaches. We suggest that you look for a product that offers you the right amounts of the right ingredients and leave this one alone. We do not recommend Rev XP.
