What Is Wu Long Tea?

Wu long tea is a natural tea otherwise known as oolong tea. Officially speaking, it has been used in various different weight loss ingredients, and they claim that this tea will help you to burn fat, create thermogenic effects, and get the antioxidant benefits that you are looking for as well. They claim that wu long tea/oolong tea will actually help you to lose more weight than green tea while getting the same greater benefits in general. So is there any validity to this.
In terms of teas, there are different types of teas. But realistically, white tea is just tea leaves that have not been fermented whereas green tea is somewhere in the middle and black is the most fermented type of the same exact tea leaves. Oolong tea tends to lean toward the black side, and it means it is theoretically speaking richer in caffeine. This being said, it could actually promote greater weight loss while still giving you all the best antioxidant benefits.
The problem you will find with this ingredient is the same one you will find with basically all potentially effective weight loss ingredients. The simple fact is that realistically speaking, this requires only 400mg. However, for many companies that seems like something that is too much to come through on. It is cheap, but they are not even willing to spend that much. This being said, if you can find something with the 400mg requirements, yes it can cause some caffeine related side effects. But wu long tea can also promote greater weight loss results.
